I have taken this plane to its ultimate level. There are very few sellers that take as much care as I do in a restoration. The Japanning is almost 100%. The casting sole and sides were lapped flat. All parts were removed, cleaned, and oiled. All sharp edges were relieved for a great feel. The blade back was lapped flat to ensure a great edge. The bevel was corrected and hand hones to 10000g. This baby cuts. It is ready to go. If you wanted to buy one of these new, it would cost you $93-125 and it wouldn\'t be set up. Sooooooo, this plane is selling for half that price.
