This is a fully restored vintage German cuckoo clock features a traditional chalet-style wooden case with hand-painted dancing figures with a musician and lady standing outside the chalet. This mechanical timepiece utilizes a Swiss musical movement by Cuendet, playing "Ein Walzertraum, Emperor Waltz". The dial displays Roman numerals and is marked "Germany" at the bottom. It includes three pinecone-shaped weights, a wooden pendulum, and a functional cuckoo bird that emerges from the top door. The back panel reveals the intricate brass clockwork and musical mechanism. This clocks keeps accurate time, but this is adjustable with the pendulum piece, slide up for faster time and slide down for slower time. The bird animates and cuckoos on the hour and half hour, multiple times on the hour, once on the half hour. The dancers and music plays only on the hour as designed. This clock has been cleaned and oiled. The belows have been newly restored.
