It has signs of age and wear, with some pencil and pen writing, soft/bent corners, some surface dirt, small torn areas near the edges and the spine of some pages, etc
The first page also has a torn area towards the bottom near the spine - see the picture with an arrow
Has some foxing, yellowing/browning of the pages, etc
The cover has wear, including some scuffing, abrasions, wear along the edges and the spine, there is also a handwritten price on the cover
NOTE that the binding has some looseness, it is not tight
