1.very good condition,
2.this is very dusty
3. all over light surface rust, will brush off
4. it should clean up nicely
5. looks like 18th c but I believe it is 1800s
6. the way the tin saucer edge is turned over and the way the candle cups are made I think 1800s
7. very solid
8. sits flat
9. could hang by top loop
10. the saucer can turn on center rod, so you can adjust the candles by turning the saucer
11. the saucer is deep
12. the wood sits flat but the saucer is slightly tilted, not level
13. this is all original,never been altered
