The outside plastic box has some scuffs that probably happened during shipment to the store. You may be able to replace this protector or be able to remove the scuffs. There are tutorials online to do this. I am just a klutz and afraid to do so myself.
Your item will be packed very carefully with bubble wrap to try to avoid damage during shipment. As a collector myself, I ship out all my items the way I would like to receive them.
