Hello, Many of you know me, since the year 2000 I have been bringing at my expense WWII Veterans to the Reading Pennsylvania WWII weekend held each June, the first Friday Saturday and Sunday. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet, talk, and listen to surviving WWII Veterans, along with a great Airshow of WWII planes and reenactors from every theatre of WWII
What I am listing tonight Is a great 8 x 10 photograph of the 3rd armored division in action. Walter had 3 tanks shot out from under him; he served as both a driver and gunner. He served In E Company, 33rd Armored Regiment, 3rd Armored Division and has autographed as such. Hopefully you can join us at this year's event.
I have also attended and brought WWII veterans to the Show of Shows Military collector show, Louisville Kentucky, known as the OVMS Ohio Valley Military Society for more than 25 years- see articl I have scanned. Walter's last appearance there was last year before COVID.
