Old map and souvenir pillowcase from Arnold's Park/ Okoboji/ Spirit Lake Iowa.Map is printed on heavy paper, 17" x 11".Pretty cool map, as it shows what I assume were all the cottage businesses in the Great Lakes area.It appears to be a handout from Cap's Tackle Shop, Arnold's Park.Information I've found says that CJ "Cap" Kennedy operated his famous bait shop from the 1940's into the 60's, so the old number and aged look of the paper of the paper fits this time.Shows foxxing, tattered edges and center fold that have been taped, along with pen mark on the right side. It would look much better framed with the edges covered. I believe the fringed satin pillowcase would have been from the same time frame, as they were popular then and the "speedboat" looks like an old Chris-Craft.Fringe is pretty beat up, the back is stained and the seam is torn at the lower right corner as shown.Fold in the center, needs pressed.
