Up for sale is a rare, historically significant piece of military postal ephemera. This vintage "naughty" Santa Claus Christmas card was officially produced on-base by the 933d Engineer Aviation Regiment for the Special Service - Okinawa Air Depot.
The card is in vintage, used condition. It has been written in/signed on the inside ("Best Wishes Anne. Brother Bill"). The front shows some light staining and the inside has some light brown staining. The reverse side features the authentic unit ink stamps, along with some paper loss and dark paper residue from previously being kept in a scrapbook (please see photos).
It makes a wonderful, unique addition to any World War II, aviation, Okinawa, or vintage holiday pin-up memorabilia collection! Ships carefully protected.
