Vintage Nippon Reproduction Wildflower Chocolate Pot Set

Five-piece late 20th-century reproduction Nippon mocha or chocolate service in the documented Wildflower pattern, strong Art Nouveau character. One covered pot and four matching cups.Softly fluted porcelain form, matte pale-green and cream finish, pink wild-rose decoration, raised white enamel details, and hand-applied gilding along the rims and handles. The pot is approx 11.5" tall with lid and cups are about 3" tall. Unsure how many different companies made repros of this design, but it does seem to be a high quality work just given the nice ground texture, sharp detail and hand applied work.This set is not antique Morimura or Noritake production, but it is vintage.

Condition

• Good vintage condition with very light age and display wear.
• No chips, cracks, repairs, or rim damage observed.
• The lid fits and seats properly.
• Interiors of the pot and cups remain clean, with no indication of frequent use.
• One cup has a small dark line or stain inside measuring approximately 1 cm.
• A few very small manufacturing and casting imperfections are present.
• Gilding remains attractive with only light wear.
• Includes the covered pot and four matching cups. No tray or saucers are included.
