If your item arrives damaged during shipping, or there is an issue with the item that was not described in the listing, please contact me. I am always happy to work with honest buyers to resolve problems fairly.
For any request involving a partial or full refund, I require a minimum of five clear photos of the item showing the issue or damage. If the item was damaged in transit, I also require photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, and shipping label to help with possible carrier claims.
