Vintage Inverurie, Scotland souvenir mug featuring a detailed brown line illustration of Inverurie Town Hall and the town’s war memorial. The reverse displays a map of Scotland identifying Inverurie along with Inverness, Loch Ness, Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Oban, Fort William, Ullapool, John O’Groats, Dumfries and the Isle of Skye.
The ceramic mug has a cream-colored speckled glaze and squared handle. It measures approximately 4 inches tall and approximately 3½ inches across the opening. No manufacturer’s mark or manufacturing location has been verified.
The Inverurie Town Hall was built during the 19th century, and the war memorial standing in front of it commemorates local service members lost during the First and Second World Wars.
Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and previous ownership. The brown and gray speckling is part of the original glaze. No obvious chips, cracks or repairs are visible in the supplied photographs. Please enlarge and review every photograph because they form an important part of the condition description.
