Vintage Cessna Aircraft Company Manufacturer Data Plate – Wichita, Kansas
Offered here is a metal “Manufactured by Cessna Aircraft Company” plate featuring the classic winged emblem and fields for T.C., P.C., Model, and Serial numbers. I want to be completely transparent — I do NOT know if they are original factory plates or later copies/reproductions. Please review the photos carefully and buy based on your own knowledge and judgment.
I purchased a small batch of these from an Antique Mall in Topeka, Kansas back in 2005. They were wrapped in wax paper. They have been stored since then and are now being offered individually.
Details:
• Metal construction with raised lettering and winged logo
• Marked “Manufactured by Cessna Aircraft Company, Wichita, Kansas”
• Blank fields for aircraft information
• Pre-drilled mounting holes
• Exact age and authenticity unknown but they look in very decent condition (except the first one that I will keep for myself and that is not for sale)
Condition:
Good overall cosmetic condition with light surface wear, handling marks, and minor scratches consistent with storage and age. No guarantees on originality sold strictly as collectible display pieces. Not for official use on planes
