Brand new, never used - I took out of package to verify condition and take pics of actual item. Hippy Mom Tip! Lids on Tupperware items are tight - which is why they\'re referred to as SEALS. Some people soak the lids in hot water for a few minutes to \'break them in\'. I prefer the \'attach at bottom and follow around until thumbs meet\' method. The iconic Sunburst lids are \'press in center\'. Choices are great!
