Item Description-Here is a nice framed vintage Map of the Treasure Beaches of the Mid-Atlantic for your buying consideration. Would make a great gift for a special occasion, or keep for yourself! This map will not last long. Don’t wait too long and then regret not getting this map for your collection or decor needs.

This fine vintage treasure map is being offered to you at a price below what you would see in a fine gallery or sale house. We can do that by being a dealer in artwork for over 40 years, better controlling our acquisition costs, keeping commission costs low (if applicable). Finally, we don't have the overhead that fine galleries or sale houses have.

The map has not been examined out of the frame. No tears or repairs that we can ascertain.No foxing or brown spotting of the map paper going on, see pics. The piece does have the artist's name signed at the bottom, along with her embossed seal.

The map is framed in a multi-colored frame. Some minor finish loss to the frame. Backing paper is in place as is the hanging wire. The plexiglass is intact, no cracks or blistering.No certificate of authenticity comes with this piece.

The Framed Vintage Treasure Map in Frame is 32.5" tall, by 24" across, by 1" wide. The map showing within the matting is 23.75" tall by 15-7/8" across. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. Don’t be shy to make anoffer, we are always open to reasonable suggestions.

"Ellen Rice has been painting since she was a small child, learning at the elbow of her Corcoran School of Art-taught mother and by studying the classical works of art collected by her Navy admiral grandfather, in whose home she lived through most of her childhood. She has never stopped working to improve.

• Immediate payment is required for items where thefull listing price is paid.

• When a best offer price is accepted, the sooner payment is made, the sooner your item will be shipped.

• Once full payment is received, your item will be shipped on the same or next business day (depending on the time of day the purchase is made). For example, an item paid for on Tuesday will be shipped no later than end of day Wednesday. An item paid for on Friday will be shipped no later than end of day Monday.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping is availableto:

• 48 contiguous U.S. states andCanada.

• No APO/FPO delivery.

• Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground,based on thebuyer's preference.

• Shippedon the same or next business day following receipt of full payment.

• UPS/USPS tracking number will be provided.

• Shipping includes the cost of insurance, where shipping requests can be communicated and agreed upon at the time of sale.

• A separate handling charge may apply to certainitems that require additional packaging in order to ensure safe shipping. Please refer to the individual listings to see if a handling charge applies.

If an item is shipped to a country outside of the United States, thebuyer is responsible for any brokerage, tariffs, taxes, customs, or othercharges imposed by that country. Theseller reserves the right to choose the international shipping carrier based on shipping method selectedat the time of payment. The seller willnot understate the value of any item on customs forms.If you purchase or win more than one salein which the items can safely be shipped together, we will send you a combinedinvoice.

We take great pride in is our wrapping to ensure that your order is safely shipped to you. You might find our shipping costs higher than other sellers, but it is due to the extra time, packing care, and materials we utilize. Of over 900 packages shipped last year, we

had only two items with issues, a 99.8% damage free delivery rate. Keep in mind, we are not shipping soft goods, like shirts or

pants. We are shipping vintage/antique items that are fragile and requirespecial care.

We also obtain insurance on any item that was bought for $50 or more, and require signature on delivery for items that are valued at over $200. Plus we have to pay the 11.75% of the final value and shipping fees that charges.

Forfeiture- Items not picked up or arrangements not made by Buyer to have the item shipped to them within 60 days after payment, or during the layaway payment process, will be forfeited by Buyer to Seller. Seller then has the right to resell the item again, with no refund of purchase price or sales tax to previous Buyer.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted by seller within 30 days of receipt of item where an item is not as described. The Buyer will be assessed a 15% fee of the Item Cost, plus 115% of both Shipping Costs should they decide to return this item for whatever the reason.

• Please note that a restocking fee is charged toto cover costs related to the loss of listing time and other potential sales, plus the amount of care and time that goes into preparing our unique and fragile items for shipping.

• In accordance with 's Buyer Protection Program, the purchase price plus original shipping costwill berefunded to the buyer once the item has beenreceived by the seller, minus the fees noted.

• Buyer would pay for thereturn shipping cost and any applicable insurance cost (item is the buyer's financial responsibility until the item is safely returned to the seller by items are as described, withany item history, known defects or imperfections disclosed in each listing.

• Item description andpictures should be carefully reviewed prior to purchase.
