This is the early black FRN, plain-edge version manufactured in Seki City, Japan. Its distinctive snub-nose blade includes textured jimping near the tip for controlled detail cutting. The unusual raised tip is the original factory blade design.
The knife appears to be unused new old stock but has light handling/storage marks and minor age-related discoloration. The matching original Spyderco box is included and shows scuffs, staining, and shelf wear.
