•Preowned - This is tested and works without issue. There is one small flaw in the metal in the cap area (refer to photos). Additionally, there are some areas where the color looks a little smudged and blotchy. I attempted to gently wipe this with a wet cloth and some color came off. I would not make any attempts to wipe this or you could experience further color loss.
