Vintage SOG S37 SEAL 2000 fixed-blade knife, made in Seki, Japan.
This is the scarcer variation without the U.S. Navy SEALs trident emblem stamped on the blade.

The blade retains its original factory edge and shows no signs of resharpening.
There are some rub marks on the blade coating from contact with the sheath. Small areas of coating loss can also be seen along the raised edges of the blade spine. The guard area of the handle has a few minor surface marks. Please refer to the close-up photos.
The knife comes with a fitted Kydex sheath and an aftermarket extended nylon leg strap. The sheath is marked “USA,” but it is not an original SOG product. This type of sheath was sold with the S37 by some Japanese knife shops during that period. It fits the knife securely.
The nylon strap has a small frayed area, but this does not affect its practical use.
