Revue La Mode Embellished Fabric Print 3D French Ladies of Paris Shadow Box by Chifferne Vintage
This is an Antique Shadowbox picture displaying Beautiful Parisan women wearing lovely dresses that are designed in the French Victorian style. Each dress has real embellishments made of fine linens, netting and silks and adorned with miniature ruffles. The women stand in the forefront of a beautiful room with figured rug. At the bottom center of the print, thename the Parisian print is indicated in French, "Falconer imp Paris" and signed by the artist or designer Chifferne in the right-handbottom corner. The "Revue La Mode" titled and bottom signed "Gazette de la Famillel"is hidden but I know from my research that this is a genuine Revue La Mode Illustree print. Theshadowbox features antique double gold frames with fabric in between to further set off the print. It is made of wood and fitted with real glass plating. The frame is anoctagondimension.It is No. 414, 8e Annee 1879, Falconer imp Paris. It states Gazette de la Famillel in the center. This portraitis in Elegant and Excellent condition. This shadow box is quite big and no small/med size.
