This badge was issued for an employee of World of Mirth Shows, one of North America’s largest traveling carnival companies during the mid-20th century. The initials C.C.E.A. stand for Central Canada Exhibition Association, the organization that operated the historic Central Canada Exhibition in Ottawa, Ontario (later known as Ottawa SuperEX). World of Mirth provided the midway at the exhibition for many years.
