The RRT Promo 1993’-98’ Circus Series by Wade of England is a complete set of 15 miniature figurines crafted from porcelain using poured molds. This listing is for 1 set only. Featuring a colorful circus theme, each figurine is hand-made in England during the years 1993-1998. They were made available to the public by a promotion by Red Rose Tea ie 1/marked box. All pieces are marked WADE. The contemporary style figurines MAY NOT/DO NOT come in their original packaging, but are in excellent shape making them a unique and collectible addition for any room in your home. With the character of Wade behind them, these small figurines capture the essence of circus life in a charming and detailed display. We sourced these pieces from all over the East Coast for over 40yrs. We cleaned, with soft tooth brush, Dawn, and warm water, every piece while inspecting for chips, repairs, anomalies and you name it we found it. Finally we wrapped them up, some as many as 20yrs ago. Our goods will match or surpass all industry standards and we have shoe boxes full of chippies and damaged products to prove it. If we would not want to receive it - We don’t ship it. We have 0 shipping loss so we offer 2 ways to git er done. 1st is “ Slow and Cheap “ aka media mail - no insurance at all just faith in my packing abilities fingers crossed, knock on wood style right there at $4.50 ish. and up to a 10 day wait. Or you could go with “Twice as fast for Twice the money “ aka ground advantage which entails a 3-5 day wait @ $9.50 or so a pop and has an advantage of carrying up to $100 insurance included. PS Just because it is marked Wade or Wade of England doesn’t mean it’s a Whimsey. About 90% of what is called Whimsey on is NOT. They are instead Red Rose Tea or Tom Smith crackers or others promotional pieces. The first 10 in this set are not new - these are the same molds used in the 1978 - 1979 Tom Smith Circus Set. In 1996 RRT added five figurines to the circus figurine promotion. Which 5 are new, never seen before ? #11 - #15. I don’t take the pictures because I have nothing else to do.
