Original September 1, 1880 land grant from the Hayes administration. Signed by secretary and co-signed by recorder. Issued to a William B. Wesson, 120 acres in Detroit, MI that appears to have been bounty land awarded to a private Ezikiel Slaughter who served in the War of 1812. Beautiful patriotic graphics and near perfect seal. Condition is excellent, near as-issued condition. Measures approximately 15.75"X 10"
