This is a Herman Mellville First Day Cover dated by postmark to 1984 and signed by authors Michael Crichton, John Grisham, John Updike and Peter Benchley. All signatures have been authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services and the FDC has been encapsulated to preserve it as the historic document it is. I bought it as is (un-authenticated), so no idea of it's origin. I can only imagine the occasion that got these for greats in one room back in 1984! Only Grisham is still with us, so it'll never happen again.
Condition: See pics & for condition of item. Holder has no flaws that I can see. This one is fresh from Beckett - never been on the market before!
