I believe this to be a Dilly WWII Red Cross volunteer nurse uniform and Hoover WWII RED Cross volunteer top. They are in overall decent condition considering age. The Dilly dress appears to be missing many buttons and the front patch. Has some wear marks mostly noticeable on the white parts of the dress. The Hoover top has a stain on the top near neck otherwise pretty nice condition . Also includes many pins and the name “Mrs. Bean”
