This isLOMONOSOV Porcelain(ЛФЗ — Leningradsky Farforovый Zavod), fromSt. Petersburg, Russia, founded in1744— one of the most prestigious Russian porcelain manufacturers. The marks confirm this: the blue mark says "Hand Decorated / ЛФЗ / 1744 / St. Petersburg" and the red mark says "Made in Russia / ЛФЗ."

The pattern is"Cobalt Net"(Кобальтовая сетка), which is their most iconic and collectible design — a cobalt blue grid with 22-karat gold accents on white porcelain. It was created in 1944 by artist Anna Yatskevich, inspired by the taped-up windows of Leningrad during the WWII siege.

Some pieces have the blue "Hand Decorated / 1744 / St. Petersburg" mark and some have the red "Made in Russia" mark — this just reflects different production eras, both authentic Lomonosov.

You will notice that the other pieces for sale on have a different "NET" pattern. This one is very rare and more starkly modern.
