PLEASE NOTE: VISIBLE SCRATCHES/SCUFFS ARE PRESENT ON THE BLACK BASE.This comes from the flag pole. The sculpture otherwise appears in very good overall pre-owned condition with the eagle, flag and flagpole intact. Normal surface wear consistent with age is present.
