This is a concretion hag stone. It has two through holes and the rest of it is covered in a neat pattern. This type of stone is made from sand turning into fossilized shapes throughout a long period of time due to the weather and waves washing over them. Some are hard as concrete so they are called concretions scientifically. They have also earned many more names in historical folklore. Such as: hag, lucky, fairy, magic, adder, etc. This would be a charming addition to any rock collection, as well a great gift, or a neat decorative item for oneself.
