Newer gray version similar in color to new Disney remote control sets
These will work with older Disney sets and newer remote-controlled sets. Thecolumnprofile is tapered, similar to Disney's new sets, though the color will be closer to that of their previous sets.

The labeled size of the track support columns does not include the top peg and is measured from the bottom to the ledge on which the track beams are set. See the attached photo for details. In older Disney monorail sets, this height was 4". For newer remote-control sets, Disney reduced it to 3-1/2".
Included in the set are two each of the following sizes: 3-1/2", 3",2-1/2", 2", 1-1/2", 1" and 1/2", fourteen total. We also sell tall sets that enable the trains to go up and over,making three levels of action possible. For Disneys older sets the included 1/2" columns are not required to permit a monorail to pass under a monorail running on standard height track supports. Conversely, the new remote control sets do not require the 3-1/2" supports, as they are the same size as the ones that came with the set, but the 1/2" supportswill be required. The extra 3-1/2" columns, which are the same size as the newer stock columns, will come in handy for owners of the remote control sets, as many of these sets were shipped with insufficient columns to support the passenger station properly.
