In my estimation the set is in “EXCELLENT” condition. Just opened for the first time to take pictures. There are no glaring flaws to note or that is not visible in the pictures. I am not a professional grader but grade very conservatively using The Overstreet Price Guide as reference and my 40+ years of comic book collecting/selling experience.
