Shipping Policy:
- Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to intercept packages, speed up delivery, change the shipping method, or adjust shipping fees. A tracking number will be provided through after shipment so you can follow your package’s progress.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except where otherwise noted in ’s policies.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct in your account before completing your purchase. For fraud prevention, we cannot change addresses outside of the system.
- Once a package is in the carrier’s possession any insurance claims must be filed by the buyer.
- Standard shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance. If you would like additional insurance or signature confirmation, this must be requested and any additional fees paid for before completing your purchase.
