Most states do not allow used plates to be displayed on cars unless they are pre 1976 and even then is not guaranteed they can be used until confirmation with your local DMV office.
This license plate should only be used for private display such as a Man Cave garage and or given to someone as a Souvenir, Birthday Gift, graduation gift etc…
Used plates may have dents, scratches, normal wear tear etc, weather damage etc.,,please see photos, some plates may have left over sticker residue and or original stickers may have not be removed if looks like may damage surface, often if stickers are more than 6-7 years old there is risk of scratching plate when removing and are left on for buyer to remove.
