This book is signed on the first page by co-directors Kevin Lima and Chris Buck; Glen Keane, animator of the adult Tarzan; and author Howard Green.The book was published without a dust jacket to resemble the journal kept by Jane Porter in the movie. The titles in this series, which began with The Art of The Lion King in 1994, provide the reader with a fine visual presentation of Disney animation art and insightful account of the filmmaking process, including the technical advances made throughout the 1990s and beyond.
