Let me first just say that these are not actual animatronic eyes they are just reproductions. These were used at a display at an event for Walt Disney imagineering at Disneyland.
They were showing the progression of imagineering and animatronics and such, and these were supposed to be an early model of animatronic eyes. Again these were not actually animatronic eyes just used in the display. These were meant to show the early stages in the early years of animatronic eyes.
I was able to get a few imagineering items I will be listing over the next few weeks or so. This was supposed to represent when it was called WED imagineering which was from 1953 to 1986. Now of course it\'s called WDI Walt Disney imagineering.
The eyes are attached to the acrylic display base that you see. Overall is a good condition one of the logos on the side has a little bit of damage to it but overall it\'s in good shape.
Once again please remember these are not actual animatronic eyes they were only used in the display just to show the progression of how far they\'ve come and these were supposed to be early types.
