The early catalog describes the LE version with Law Enforcement Blue hard-anodized aluminum handles, black-coated blade, AUS-8 steel, combination plain/Triple-Point serrated edge, and Carson Flipper. The M16-13LE uses the spear-point blade.
For the earlier version, the 2002 CRKT catalog gives approximately:
