New but old vintage. 100% authentic. 1960s Carl's Jr. iron-on patches. Since they are over 65 years old, there is no way to guarantee that they will still actually iron onto something. I am not even sure what kind of adhesive product they used back then for the ironing-on process. But, these are a piece of history to call your own.
They are not as bright yellow as they were when first produced and we did not want to try and do a wet wipe wash on them to make them look pretty for the listing. We feared damaging them in some way, so they are coming as is and you can try to clean 65 years off aging if you wish to, but we love how they look as they are.

We are cleaning out Grandma's storage totes finally and stumbled on her collection of patches and appliqués and we are finally getting them listed now. She was the original owner so these have not been sold or traded on the secondhand market and handled by a million people. She was a seamstress and loved to sew, but she was not keeping these as a collector so she just stacked them loose in a box.
