You are offerding on a Rare Harry Doyle bobblehead from the movie Major League. Doyle’s role as Cleveland Indians announcer is played by Milwaukee Brewers announcer Bob Uecker. The Bobblehead DOES TALK AND WORK. I replaced the batteries and glued the black base together again as seen in the pictures.
Could be the only one in existence to work! None of the other ones on work from 2015 because all the batteries died.
