The majority of the photos have writing
on the backs of them. They may have
some edge or corner wear and tears,
wrinkles, and may have some other
marks, from normal handling, age, etc.
A few paper articles have been adhered
to another paper (see pics). The paper
articles have some tears, discoloration,
marks, writing, etc. The booklets and
other papers also have wear, possible
writing, and I saw some sections cut
out of a couple of the booklets. Either
way, this is still a unique historical lot
of Black American history as well as
Baptist Church history and information
from the Union Baptist Church located
in Springfield, Illinois.
