This is the large wall-mount / portable black japanned steel model with a fold-down front door, three fitted pull-out drawers, and a side compartment for bottles. Marked Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick, N.J. / Chicago, Ill.★ Standout features: • Complete, matched set — every drawer’s labeled contents are present, from bandages and gauze down to the original glass apothecary bottles. Complete examples like this are far scarcer than the empty shells usually offered.
• Bright, high-contrast front graphics — the red-and-gold script logo and red cross display beautifully.
• Datable to c. 1940 — the Waterproof Band-Aid tin reflects J&J’s sterilized/pull-string packaging of 1939–1940, and the picric acid burn dressings (since removed) place it before the late 1940s.
• Genuine period piece — original gold “SPECIFY J & J PRODUCTS” drawer labels, “THIS DOOR SHOULD BE KEPT CLOSED” and “Hooks to Hang up This Cabinet” panels all intact.
• Traceable provenance — two of the bottles are labeled from Smith’s Pharmacy, Harry L. This also means the cabinet ships safely. All other contents are present. The right hand Hinge lost a rivet so it is a little loose but the left hand Hinge still works.

Wire carry handle and wall hooks intact.Condition: Honest, all-original, unrestored. The exterior shows scratches, scuffs, and paint wear consistent with age; the graphics remain strong.
