Wonderful antique Hubley cast iron Sealyham Terrier dog paperweight featuring a detailed seated terrier design.
This is a heavy cast iron piece with an aged painted finish and plenty of authentic character.
Condition: The piece shows substantial age-related wear, including extensive paint loss, cracking/crazing, chips to the painted finish, scratches, scuffs, discoloration, oxidation and exposed metal throughout. The underside also shows considerable finish loss and wear.
The red collar detail is still partially visible.
The piece has not been repainted or restored and is being sold in its current as-found condition.
