The product is a handmade Ancestral Pueblo pottery piece from the Lost City site in Nevada, near Ureka in the Moapa Valley. This piece was saleed to the public. Paperwork needs to be located. Origin advised by the museum is Lost City in Nevada. The people in this area of the Moapa Valley are claimed by the Hopi to be their ancestors. It is affiliated with the Hopi tribe and represents Native American culture from the US. This collectible item is a unique piece of history from the Southwestern Museum collection, dating back to approximately 900-1150 CE. The Southwest Museum has now closed but information is available on line. I purchased this piece when I was an archaeology student.
