This was found brand new in the package.
The \"Try Me\" button wasn\'t working and my concern was about the included batteries.
I carefully remove the bottom to access the battery compartment and one battery had leaked from one terminal. I cleaned it and neutralized it. See last 2 pictures for battery compartment. Installed new batteries.
This thing lights up but the rubber hoses you see going into the skulls are no longer connected to the chair arms, and this is where it lights up.
Otherwise in nice condition.
There is an on/off switch on the bottom.
