The ad is in excellent condition with normal aging and was carefully removed from a 2002 Electronic Gaming Monthly EGM Magazine. No tearing of the pages where the staples originated. Frame will hide any light tearing. Print Ad dimensions of a page are ~ 7.75in Wide X 10.5in Tall.
Ad will be placed in a covered sleeve with two pieces of cardboard placed on both sides of the ad and placed into a bubble mailer to be sent.
