Any item graded by an independent grading company (e.g., CGC, CBCS, PGX, etc.) is sold with the understanding that whatever grade given is the accepted industry standard and not up for debate. If you disagree with the grade that an independent grading company has assigned, then that is not a legitimate reason to claim the item was "not as described" in order to return the item or assess unfavorable response, your dispute in that case is with the independent grading company and not me or the item I have sold. Additionally, due to the nature of the production process for the CGC cases/holders, there may be some slight blemishes or scratches on the plastic holder itself, this does not impact the grade or condition of the book within the case. Please do not purchase this book if you are expecting a perfect, blemish free, case as it does not exist.
