This snow village house is a dead ringer for the Department 56 original gabled cottage from The Original Six. This one made by Commodore Mfg Corp of Brooklyn N.Y. It was made in Taiwan and box is dated 1981. I have numerous modern Department 56 houses, but honestly, the whimsical personality of this beats them all. It is in excellent condition right down to the bluebird in the tree and the welcome mat at the doorstep. It measures 7 3/4" x 7 1/2" x 5 3/4". Model is 2625c. I have a handful of other houses from Commodore that I am listing today and tomorrow. Where possible, I will combine shipping.
