Vintage 1975 Star Trek Hi-Flier Kite Lot – 2 Original Packaged Kites
Vintage lot of two original Star Trek kites manufactured by Hi-Flier Mfg. Co. of Decatur, Illinois.
Packaging features classic Star Trek/U.S.S. Enterprise graphics and is marked © 1975 Paramount Pictures Corporation.
Included are both kites shown in the photographs, including the different original Hi-Flier packages. One package has an original 79¢ price marking and the other is marked $1.29. The $1.29 package advertises an approximately 18" x 4' wingspan.
Both retain their original plastic packaging and cardboard instruction/header material. These are vintage items that have been stored for decades. Packaging shows considerable age/storage wear including discoloration, creasing, wrinkles, small tears/punctures, staining and general handling wear. Contents have not been assembled or flown by me, and completeness beyond what can be seen through the packaging is not guaranteed.
Excellent display pieces for a vintage Star Trek, Paramount, space toy or kite collection.
