ORIGINAL ca. 1940s smaller totally unused & unmarked envelope with Hotel Senate, San Francisco printed return address; the hotel was (is?) located at 467 Turk Street at Larkin;

Printed in black ink.

Envelope measures 6 1/2 inches by 3 5/8inches - a standard envelope size known by printers & stationers as a 6 3/4 envelope.

Printed (not written by a guest) caption on the gummed flap on the verso: \"I forgot to tell you to stop at the Hotel Senate when in San Francisco\"
