This original 1930s photograph features a United States Plywood Co. truck. The side of the truck has the address of the company: “1815 Franklin St. Detroit. Mich.” and lists the other cities that have branches of the company. The linen-backed verso of the photograph describes the specs of the vehicle which include a 2-2 ½ ton Model 18 chassis and a 168 inch wheelbase. The body is described as a “Federal built deluxe body for lumber delivery” with “Panel sides with drop skirt.”
