Original Vintage 1930s The Valley Dairy Bat Restaurant Menu Marlin Miller Fred Boede Sedro Woolley Washington
In Sedro-Woolley, Washington, Marlin Miller and Fred Boede moved their Valley Dairy onto the site and erected the present stone building, replacing the wooden buildings that had stood there, and their dairy operation became known as the Dairy Bar. By the late 1950s it was a beloved hangout for local high-school kids, its milkshakes costing 50 cents and served in a metal container that held a pint plus leftovers.
