For sale is a fascinating, historically significant set of two (2) original typed correspondence letters from the peak of the 1920s Florida Land Boom.

Both letters are issued by the "Consolidated Realization Company" under the name of company President George Gibson. They represent a textbook example of the high-pressure, speculative marketing tactics that fueled—and ultimately crashed—the first great Florida real estate bubble.

• Letter 1 (Left): Dated November 15, 1924, sent from the General Offices in Jersey City, N.J. It outlines the "Florida Land Allotment" program pitch to stockholders, offering a "free" 20x100 foot lot in the "Oriola" development in exchange for purchasing a $10 Gold Note and premium stock. Contains an explicit deadline of December 15, 1924. Includes its original signature block.

• Letter 2 (Right): Dated January 21, 1925, sent from the Southern Operating Office in St. Petersburg, Fla. Titled "Semi-Annual Interest Payment No. 1," this follow-up letter pushes stockholders to upgrade their 20x100 lot into a 40x100 lot for an additional $10. It features classic boom-era hyperbole, claiming that land values "within five years it will be ten times as valuable."

• Reverse Side: One sheet shows period-correct penciled math notations commonly found on documents handled by original investors calculating their positions.

Condition:
