Good antique condition overall. Complete matching two-volume set dating to 1921. Both volumes show expected wear from more than 100 years of age, including rubbing and wear to the covers and edges, worn corners, fading to the spine lettering, surface wear/crazing, and wear/fraying at the upper and lower spine ends. Gilt page edges remain attractive with some surface wear. Interior pages show normal age toning and occasional spotting/staining. Title pages remain clean and legible. Covers are attached as shown.
