Dated April 8, 1893, with an annotation of reply on April 14. Letter includes financial terms referencing a $4000 amount and a $48 interest calculation. As I understand the law gives you 1 pr cent on $4000 – aged is that – correct – then his interest will be $48. or instead of $40.00 as last year, do so and oblige.
